RETURNS AT OBJECT-SYSTEM.COM.

This page documents return, damage, and fulfillment review conditions for OBJECT / SYSTEM.

Each request is reviewed against the condition of the object and the order record.

Unused and unburned objects in original condition may be eligible for return.

Return authorization must be requested before an object is sent back.

Used candles are not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Normal wax, glass, label, scent, and burn variation is reviewed according to intended function and safe use.

Damage or fulfillment errors must be documented with photographs.

Retain the object, shipping label, and packaging until the review is complete.

Refunds, replacements, exchanges, or credits are reviewed case by case.

Approval is not automatic until the order and documentation have been reviewed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when available.

Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside OBJECT / SYSTEM control.

Include the order number, reason for the request, and supporting documentation when applicable.
